The following PSCB plugins should be installed prior to the installation of this reports bundle.

PSCB - Base Resources
PSCB - Custom Reports (_Home Page)

Install in System > System Settings > Plugin Management Configuration

Do not unzip the plugin. Install the entire zip file. Be sure to enable the plugin once it's installed.

If you are updating, you can now click on the Plugin name and then use the Update button, and then browse to the new file and click Submit and it will then load the update and then ask you to enable it.

Select a school and go to the Powerschool start page.
Click on the PSCB Custom Reports link on the left navigation menu.
Click on the Scheduling (CY) link to access the Scheduling (Current Year) Reports menu.

Would it be possible to:

1) Add a column for Credit Type? A lot of the schools that I do support for use credit type in transcripts and graduation planner.

2) Put in a filter for Active courses?

3) Put links from the course name to the course page?

Please and thank you in advance.

Peggy Medema

Excellent suggestions. These enhancements will be included in the next release of the PSCB - Custom Reports (Schedule CY) plugin.

Is this information pulled from PowerScheduler? Want to clarify what I am seeing in the course enrollment numbers compared to current course enrollment.

All PSCB - Custom Reports (Schedule Current Year) pull data from the current year schedule and course information - not PowerScheduler.

Thank you so much for these reports, they are so helpful!! Is there a way to run the reports for a current selection of students?

We're on 19.4.2 and are seeing the same thing. I think it has something to do with the ~[f.table_info tag

I changed:

AND s.ID in ((~[f.table_info;table=students;dothisfor=currentsel;fn=value;field=id;delim=cma]-1))

AND s.dcid in ( SELECT dcid FROM ~[temp.table.current.selection:students] )

and it now works for us.

Further clarification. We are researching the "f.table_info;table" coding issue to determine the root cause. We will be updating all PSCB reports where necessary.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. Very much appreciated.

Have you installed and enabled the PSCB - Base Resources v2.4 plug-in?

Has anyone else found when they select “current selection” it returns no results, however one of those same students explicitly selected returns their non scheduled periods?

Nicole May

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It will be corrected in the next release of the plugin.
