EPP plugin removal is unsuccessful

When we moved to PowerTeacher Pro, the EPP caused an issue with the Parent Portal. I removed the plugin, but the issue still exists. I have to turn off customization completely for the Parent Portal to function normally, and for the grades to appear. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Had EPP installed, moved from ver 11 to12. Grades now are not appearing in the Parent Portal even with EPP disabled. Have to turn Customizations totally off to get grades display.

Installed the Custom Public Portal base, then tried to install the PSCB portal, got install error ..Plug in contains a file that already exists: web_root/wildcards/pscb_pp_init.txt, and 3 other files in web_root/guardian

Advice appreciated.

Use CPM to remove the listed existing files.

Install the following PSCB plugins.

PSCB - Base Resources v2.4
PSCB - Custom Public Portal v2.0

I looked for the files and do not see them. Do I need to delete the EPP plug in - not just disable?

Delete the EPP Plugin and then install the two PSCB plugins.
