Other Information

Attendance Report

The Attendance Report uses the Premier Attendance Views Data to display the Daily Attendance calculations. The PowerSchool nightly process recalculates and re-populates the Membership Defaults tables stored in the Premier Attendance Views.

The report will display Daily Attendance calculations based on the most recent Premier Attendance Views Data refresh.

If you have made Daily Attendance changes since the last nightly process refresh, you need to Refresh the Premier Attendance Views Data in order for those changes to be included in the Daily Attendance calculations appearing on the report.

On the start page, choose Special Functions under Functions in the main menu.
The Special Functions page appears.

Click Attendance Functions. The Attendance Functions page appears.

Click Refresh Premier Attendance Views Data.
The Refresh Attendance Views Data Report page appears.

Choose the parameters you want and click Submit.

Installation

Install in System > System Settings > Plugin Management Configuration

Do not unzip the plugin. Install the entire zip file. Be sure to enable the plugin once it's installed.

If you are updating, you can now click on the Plugin name and then use the Update button, and then browse to the new file and click Submit and it will then load the update and then ask you to enable it.

Instructions

Launch the PT Pro Gradebook.
Select a class.
Click on the Class link to access the Custom Class Reports menu.

I only see these reports available for the current reporting term. It would be great for the grades verification report to be available for past terms since it is pulling from Stored Grades/gradebook grades. Admin likes for teachers to verify that these match prior to printing of report cards and often this does not happen until the new term has started.

The reports are designed to display all terms created in the Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup for each school. Confirm that your setup is correct.

Thank you so much for these reports! It would be great to add more filtering capabilities like those available on the admin side. Being able to search by student, or by test would make these reports easier to view. Thanks!

That functionally already exists for these reports. By using the filter box at the top of each column, you can enter text or values to filter the results in multiple ways.

Thank you for the plugin. I installed but every report link I click in the "Custom Class Report" under "Class" link takes me to "Assignment" page under the "Grading" link.

The Custom Class Reports are for the current year use only.

If the current year is 2018-2019 the reports can be used to display data for 2018-2019 school year.

If you have completed the Year End Process and the current year is now 2019-2020, the reports can be used to display data for 2019-2020 school year.

The report will not work if you attempt to use them for a previously completed years.

Is there a way we can freeze the column header for at least the Test Scores? When you scroll down you can no longer see what column corresponds to what. Thank you!!

If you have PSCB Base Resources 3.0 installed, you should see the column headings frozen on all PSCB reports.

Thanks for this helpful add-on some classes the view of the report not working keep loop to the assignments page and some sections is working.
I confirm the student email is there but actually the page itself not loading for some not loading.

Hi there,
I noticed an enhancement request on Power Source for the comment to be included in the grade verification. Any timeline on this?
i used to have a sql5 Report but Matt no longer allows sqlreports for teachers.
