Description

This plugin is a variation of the Quick Contacts plugin previously created by Scott Owen and is published on PowerData Solutions with his permission.

PSCB development thanks Scott and acknowledges his contribution as the original developer of the project.

This version adds a Contacts Icon to header on all student pages in the PowerTeacher portal. When clicked the following contact information is displayed:

Contact Name
Relationship
Phone Numbers
Receives Mail
Custody
Lives With
Emergency Contact
School Pickup

- Fixed issue where contacts with more than one address would appear multiple times.
- Contact flags are now marked with a "check" image instead of displaying Yes or No.

Contact notes have been added to the popup window. If notes have been entered for a student, a message icon will appear next to the contact name. Hover over the icon and the Contact/Student notes will appear.

- Added email addresses and Receives Mail flag.

- Page now supports PS Translations for contacts column headers.

PSCB - Base Resources

Installation

Install in System > System Settings > Plugin Management Configuration

Do not unzip the plugin. Install the entire zip file. Be sure to enable the plugin once it's installed.

If you are updating, you can now click on the Plugin name and then use the Update button, and then browse to the new file and click Submit and it will then load the update and then ask you to enable it.

Instructions

Login to PowerTeacher start page.
Click on the knapsack icon for a selected class.
Select a student.
Click the Contacts Icon located in the student header.
