Does anyone know if the old "Delete List" report is available somewhere else as part of the custom reports bundle? I used to use that to help clean-up duplicate student records. I don't see it in the newer version(s) of the report bundles. :(

PSCB Development does not plan to add the "Delete List" report to any of the customization bundles. As a policy we do not develop customizations which include the deletion of records.

I can totally understand not wanting to publish something that would delete the records themselves. The "Delete List" customization that used to be available as part of the bundle was handy to identify what, if any, tables students had records in when trying to merge or consolidate duplicate students. Would love to see a report like that shared back out, even with a different name (to not encourage the deletion of students). What would be really nice would be for PowerSchool to come up with a method of consolidating students, since they have it for staff and contacts. :(

The filters for the date columns don't appear to work.

Peggy Medema

The sort filters for the date columns will not work because the data is displayed as part of a date entry box. The sort filters only work when a static value is displayed.

How do I find the selection criteria for these reports? This error report is indicating errors for a current enrollment where the enrollment school listed is not the school where the student is currently enrolled.

This indicates that the student enrollment school is incorrect. The current the school and enrollment school should match.

You need to use DDA to change the enrollment school to the correct value.

The School Days In-Session Summary report pulls days that are outside of years and terms. Is it set to pull from August 1 to July 31?

Peggy Medema

Navigate to the Calendar Setup and confirm that Day In Session and Membership Value are set correctly.

The Default Time Out is displaying AM instead of PM.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. It will be corrected in the next release of the plugin.
