Hello - Quick question regarding the Admin User List in PSCB - Custom Reports (System Admin). We have several users that have "District" under "School".
We have figured out that this is the school that the user must have been created but does not mean that the user has access to District. Can you tell me what field it is pulling that data from?

Your assumption is correct, the user was entered at the district level. Access to the District Level is then determine by security group permissions and roles.

Thanks Rob.
Are you able to tell me what field that data is pulling from?

Teacher Table

Field Name: SchoolID - Indicates the staff member Home School
Field: CanChangeSchool - Lists schools the staff member can access.

I am sorry, perhaps I am not asking the right question.
The field that populates the school where the account was created is what is in the school column in the Admin User List Report. This is the field that I am interested in learning. Neither of the fields above pull that data.

The Field: Schoolid is the number associated with the school where account was created. Example: 200

The report than queries the Schools table to translate the schoolID and display the corresponding school name in the School column.. Example: Riverside School.

The schoolid and the school name are stored in two different table.

I am seeing the same issue with "District" appearing as the school for users not at the district. I have looked at my users and they all have the 4 digit code for our high school in their SchoolID and HomeSchoolID fields. Yet, on the user report, they are listed as District.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We will investigate the cause and update the report as needed.

This report seems a little off? It is pulling schools that the user doesn't have and not pulling the school assigned for others. I am filtering any group, any role, and any school.

Sue - Please send your contact info to I would like to schedule a Zoom session to review this issue.

Hi. Is there a way to limit this set of reports to only the District Office? I currently see this report and it's listed under all of the school buildings.
And also, only limit the view to particular users?

Angela Johnson

You can use page permissions by group or role security to limit access to these reports. Contact tech support if you need assistance.
