I've been giving webinars on your fantastic reports for the 58 districts that I help support. I've been getting requests and ideas, so bear with me while I pass these along from the districts.

Two request for Health Office: an immunization report and a non-compliance report.

I installed and enabled the Base Resources and Health Office plug-ins. PSCB Custom Reports link does not appear in my navigation menu. Any suggestions? Thank you!

You need to install the PSCB Custom Reports (_Home Page) plugin. The plugin adds the PSCB Custom Reports link and a reports menu page.

The whole line of PSCB plugins are fantastic, but this goes for everything you all do. For people like me who are literate in PowerSchool, but not SQL or HTML developers, what you provide is invaluable. It makes PowerSchool more useful to everyone, even the tech phobic. Having access to this data really helps my district to improve student outcomes. Thank you

Thank you for your kind comments. Very much appreciated!

Are there any Health reports that will print all Health Office Visits on one sheet for One Student?

I installed this plugin, but when I try to run the reports, it brings back no data. It just says no records found. I have installed several other PSCB Custom reports and never had an issue before. I updated my Base Resources plugin to the newest version. I am on PS20.4.1. Please advise.

PowerSchool migrated to a Health tables structure with version 20.4.x.
PSCB is in the process of the updating the Health reports to reference the new tables.

Thank you for working on the fix for the health tables our nurses rely on those reports for reporting how many contacts they have a week. Is there an ETA of when the report will be fixed? Thank you for all you do.

One report has been updated. We expect to have the other two reports completed by 9/30/20.

I have no idea how I missed that up top, I could have sworn on my page it didn't show the Sept. Update, but there it is.

I apologize for wasting your time!

I have installed several plug ins and the Home Base and do not see the PCSB Custom Report link.

Kathy Whitt

The only reports plugin you have installed is Health, which requires group permissions. Install an additional reports plugin to see if the PSCB Reports link appears.

It does appear for the PowerScheduler CR plug in, but not for the Std Att Pages or the Health which is the one I really want. How do I get group permissions for the Health one?

Kathy Whitt

From the PowerSchool start page Navigate to:

System/Security/Groups
Select the Group you want set permissions for.
Assign the Health and Immunization permissions.
Assign the Accessible Student Screen for Health.

All columns are working except for 'Visit Outcome'. Any suggestions? I have a list populated in the outcome section of a health office visit but its not pulling in to the report for some reason ??

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. It will be addressed in the next release of the plugin scheduled for later this week.
