This is a great report card. Is there a way we can print all student report cards in a bulk? Instead of going through one student at a time.

If you install Adam Larsen's Mass Print Student Screen plugin, you can mass print the report card for a selected group of students.

The plugin is available for download at:

Is there a way to make the report card visible on PowerTeacher Pro?

Sorry, not at this time.

This is a great plugin. I was wondering is there a way we can be able to print this in the bulk for all our students. Instead of going through one student at a time?

Good morning. Has there been any thought in adding a section for GPA? Maybe a section where you choose the GPA calculation method that would show on the report card? Maybe one for the last stored grade and one for cumulative?

Thanks for this submitting this request. It has been added to the PSCB enhancement list. We plan to include GPA in the next release of the plugin.

The PSCB development is team currently working on several projects. Adding GPA to the report card is still on the enhancement list, but there is no set release date.

We have found that you can put the coding for your GPA calculation in the School Message box and it pulls fine.

First of all, I would like to say thank you very much for creating/sharing this report card report. This is exactly the type of report we've been wanting since we started with PowerSchool 5 years ago.
I am just wondering if there would be any way to add the school who administered the course (preferably by school code or abbreviation). It is very common for our students to complete concurrent courses via our Outreach schools.
Thank you.

Your request has been added to the PSCB enhancement list, but it is not a report addition that we can provide at this time.

Hi Rob, maybe this is a dumb question but I'm not seeing the difference between version 1.6 and this one. The Teacher Comment section in the setup looks the same unless I'm missing something or it's a functionality change. What should I be seeing new in version 1.7?
Thanks

V1.7 fixed a minor issue with teacher comments not displaying correctly for selected terms.

I currently have Custom Reports Bundle - Grading; Publisher Power Data Solutions. I am trying to update the Plug In because the 'Final Grades Setup' report is no longer working. We are now completely on PT Pro Gradebook for all teachers. The error I get when I try to update the plugin is "The plugin name or publisher of this plugin does not match the plugin name or publisher of the currently installed plugin. In order to successfully update the currently installed plugin, the new plugin must have a matching plugin name and publisher." Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

The Custom Report Bundle-Grading is no longer supported by the original developers.

You need to delete this plugin and install the following PSCB plugins.

PSCB - Custom Reports (Grading) v2.8
PSCB - Base Resources v3.3
PSCB - Custom Reports (_Home Page) v2.0

After I put in my grading periods, the courses and grades aren't showing up on the report card. What am I doing wrong?

1. Confirm that the PSCB - Customization (Student Report Card) v1.7 is installed and enabled.

2. At the school level.
Navigate to: Start Page > School Setup > Report Card > PSCB Traditional Report Card Setup.
Complete all Report Card setup preferences.

I completed this task but still no courses or grades.

How do you mass print this report card for an entire grade?
I haven't been able to find it other than on the individual student page

Angie Croft

If you have the Mass Print a Student Screen Plugin installed you can do the following to mass print the report card.
1. Select your group of students.
2. In the Group Functions Dropdown next to the Select Students by Hand select the Mass Print Student Screen under the Printing group.
3. Scroll towards the bottom of the choices until you find the PSCB Report Card choice and select.
This will allow you to mass print the report card for the group you have selected.
The Mass Print a Student Screen plugin can be found in PowerSource and was created by Adam Larsen.
Good Luck

I have all of the recommended plugins but I cannot figure out how to mass print. Please help!

What did I miss?

This report card pulls traditional historical grades so if you're using standards it won't work and if you haven't stored grades yet it won't show anything either.
Hope this helps.

I have setup the report card as instructed but I do not see any courses/grades in the Parent portal. Also is there a way for parents to Print the report card in the Parent Portal? When I try to print the page is blank.

Dorothy, in order for the parents to see the report card you will need to install and setup the Custom Public Portal plugin. Then read the setup instructions for the report card. This will look like the same report card that shows on the admin portal but it's a different plugin. The plugin for the admin one does not show in the public portal.
Hope this helps.

We have one school using this report and some student report cards are missing some classes randomly. They are there when I use a built-in report from PowerSchool. Can you advise what might be causing the classes to be missing?

Confirm that grade has been stored for classes without a grade on the report card.
