This bundle includes 23 attendance reports organized into 4 categories.

Note: The Daily Attendance - Audit report requires that the Audit attendance records box is checked on the School Setup > Attendance Preferences page.

These reports provide an alternative option to the One Stop Attendance plugin previously published on PDS.

1.8 (2019-2-25)
- Fixed an error with the attmtg_edit.html file. Meeting Attendance codes can now be modified correctly.

2.0 (2021-02-07)
- All attendance reports are now school based only. We are currently developing new district based reports.
- Added additional report fields (Including track) and filter capabilities to most reports.
- Added over 15 enhancement requests submitted by the Powerschool community.
- Consolidated the Selected Date and Date Range reports into a single report (Daily and Meeting).

2.1 (2021-03-14)
- The Daily Attendance - Selected Date (Modify) and Meeting Attendance - Selected Date (Modify) reports are now 20.x compatible.
- Added Multi-Select attendance code filter option to several reports.
- Added Teacher filter option to the Meeting Attendance Report - Date Range report
- Added collapse/expand window option to several reports.
- Added additional report elements to the Student Attendance - Daily/Meeting Summary List report.
- The Daily Attendance - Consecutive Days Absent report has been temporarily removed from the bundle. This is due to compatible issues with the latest PowerSchool releases. PSCB is working on an update that will published when completed.

2.2 (2021-03-18)
- Added enroll status to 3 student attendance reports.
- Updated Daily Attendance - Consecutive Days Absent report to be compatible with Powerschool 20.x.

2.3 (2021-04-09)
- The Student Attendance - Daily Absent/ADA Summary Totals report now has an option to display grade level totals for a selected group of students.

2.4 (2021-05-16)
- Added new report: Student Attendance - Meeting Dates and Count Summary
- Special thanks to Adrian Carlson for permission to include this report in the PSCB Attendance bundle.

Additional Plugin Requirement

The following PSCB plugins should be installed prior to the installation of this reports bundle.

PSCB - Base Resources
PSCB - Custom Reports (_Home Page)
PSCB - Customization (Student Attendance Pages)

Installation

Install in System > System Settings > Plugin Management Configuration

Do not unzip the plugin. Install the entire zip file. Be sure to enable the plugin once it's installed.

If you are updating, you can now click on the Plugin name and then use the Update button, and then browse to the new file and click Submit and it will then load the update and then ask you to enable it.

Instructions

Select a school and go to the Powerschool start page.
Click on the PSCB Custom Reports link on the left navigation menu.
Click on the Attendance link to access the Attendance Reports menu.

The Student Attendance - Meeting Dates and Count Summary is not recognizing one of our attendance codes. (PN, for parent note, as an absence). Is there anything we can do in our PS instance to help get this code recognized for the output of this specific report?

((We tested other reports to make sure that the code is recognized as an absence code and it does appear on other reports in this area.))

I found the issue after looking at the code for the report. That particular Attendance code was missing an attendance category. This is no longer an issue for us.

I have downloaded the newest version of the Daily Absent/ADA Summary. When my schools run the report there is not a summary section to the report. Our schools use this summary weekly to provide attendance information to our district admin team. Is this something left out of the newest update?

That section has been moved. It is now part of the School Attendance - Daily Attendance Metrics report. The report is listed under the School Attendance section.

Hello,

Not sure how this would work with these reports, but It would be great to display the total # of meetings for the time frame selected both for missed and total days.

Integrating those items into the report would prove to be challenging. We have no current plans to add these features at this time.
