2 Way Communication Report

Im looking for a way to document two way communications be tween virtual teachers and the students they are mentoring. The State (Michigan) is requiring attance verification in the form of verified 2-way communication weekly.

Any one have any ideas where we can log this information and still print a report when necessary showing the list of comms and their dates?

Over due for figuring this out.

The student logging into the portal gives you a date/time when they logged in but it doesn't give you communication with the teacher. You could set up a DB Extension that tracked communication between teachers, admin, students, parents. None of this actually proves it was the student doing it though. Anyone could log in with the right credentials and perform these tasks.
