Plugin for SFTP Export Contacts

I am looking for a plugin or that I can use to SFTP to FinalForms for Athletics. They have not been very helpful and will only accept a single file by SFTP with their headers. I am struggling with Parent contacts and their email. Here is what I need and the fields have to be as exactly below. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The following are required fields for the student:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Gender
Graduation Year

We strongly recommend the following for students but they are not required:
StudentID
Email

For Parents we require:
Parent 1 First Name
Parent 1 Last Name
Parent 1 Email

AND/OR

Parent 2 First Name
Parent 2 Last Name
Parent 2 Email
