Hello-
We are having issues with the Consecutive Attendance Report. It will run sometimes, and others it will just time out and we get an error message: This site can't be reached. https://xxx.powerschool.com/admin/report.pscb/attendance/attddaily.conse... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new address. I have installed the new zip and latest reports. Any ideas? We really like that report. Thanks.

This report is experiencing compatibility issues with the latest PowerSchool releases. PSCB is working on an update.

Thank you! I appreciate the response and your efforts.

At the school level, when I run the Attendance - Daily Attendance Selected Date / Date Range report, it indicates I can (multi-Select) Attendance Codes. When I select more than 1, it only runs 1. My example is that I have S for Suspended and IS for In-School Suspension. It runs the report for the first code selected in the list, but not for both. I can run each separately to get the results but wanted to let you know.

This issue was fixed in version 2.2 of the plugin. You need to update to the latest version.

Hello, by
The reports are a great help, however, if we have our attendance code setup for present as blank. Is there a way to pull a report to see a list of students for just "present" on a specific day again blank is the code we use for all in-person. I do not want the list combining any additional attendance codes for present ie Remote Learning Present with it.

Unfortunately no. If you are using the default present code (blank) no attendance record is created. As a result there are no "present" code records to search on.

I am not able to download this report, getting 'Access Denied'. I can download some, but not others. Is it possible to get access to this?

Thank you,
Linda Morse

Which specific PSCB plugin are you attempting to download?

When running the Student Attendance - Daily Absent/ADA Summary Totals, no tardies are being reported.

Navigate to the Attendance Codes setup. Click on a Tardy code and confirm that the category Tardy is checked.

It looks like those parameters are set up correctly.

Start Page > PSCB Custom Reports > Attendance > Student Attendance - Daily Count/Dates Summary

This report pulls no data at all.

If you're taking meeting attendance you may not get anything when running the daily reports.
Just a thought.

I have updated and installed V3.6.1 Base and the Custom attendance enrollment and then the student att and they are not showing up under the PSCB Report tab on the left. Any ideas?

I need more information to investigate this issue.

Rob, I am available now until 3:30 or tomorrow until 11, then 12-3:30

Hi, All Tardy columns are coming "0" on my attendance reports. Is there anything that I need to do?

Soner Soysal

Navigate to Start Page > School Setup > Attendance Codes.
Click on a Tardy code.
Confirm that the Code Category box for the tardy code is checked.
Click Submit.

Repeat this process for all Tardy codes in each school.

I'm having the same issue. Was a resolution ever found? I've double checked that the Tardy Attendance Code has the Tardy (Tardy) box checked under Code Categories.
A middle school wants to host a No Tardies Party and I'm struggling to find the right report to find students with 0 tardies in a selected term or date range.
Many thanks,

Does this work with meeting attendance? I'm not getting any results. I've updated the plugin also. Thank you.
