Add a decile Class Rank in PowerSchool

Does anyone know how to add a decile class rank to a transcript in PowerSchool?
I can get a regular class rank (48 out of 453)
I can get a percent ranking (10.6 or 10. - I cannot get rid of the decimal point either)
But I cannot figure out how to get Decile Rank 1 means top 10%; Decile Rank 2 means top 20% (11%-20%); Decile Rank 3 means top 30% (21%-30%), etc.
