Add a Store Code to Letter Grades Report

I need to add an F1 store code to the Letter Grades Report. I went to PDS Setup ! Grade Reports (Report Bundle) Setup and added the Store Codes in the Store Codes to use field, but the same fields appear in the Letter Grades Report (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, S1, and S2.) Am I missing a step, or does this only change the grade dashboard?
