Apply only one report from the Custom Reports Bundle

I want to use ONLY the Student Course Request report that is in the bundle and unsure of how to put this on. I'm fairly new at all customizations so I am very scared to do this without clear cut, step by step directions.

You can put on the single report and then create a link from a convenient location for your users to the report. For now you'll also need to add in the items in the /scripts and /images folders so that it runs correctly. But once those are on any report can be added by hand and then a link created.

when adding only one report, how do i know which additional script and image items need to be added as well.
