Custom Reports Not working

Hello,
I am new to the PowerSchool world but not to student information. I need some assistance! I had to contact PowerSchool support on an issue. They disabled my Custom Pages and then turned them back on. This caused many problems in my database. One issue is none of my Custom Reports are running correctly. When contacting PowerSchool, they will not support Custom Reports. Is there someone that I can speak too that can maybe point me in the right direction. PowerSchool Support seems to think I am now missing a plugin CRB_base_4_0_1. I know these Custom Reports were added to my PowerSchool over 5 years ago.

Issue: When running a Custom Report, the page is greyed out but you can see the data behind it. There is no way to print or save.

Any help would be welcomed.
