Customization Not Allowing Mass Enrollment

When customizations in PS7 are turned on, we are receiving an error when trying to Mass Enroll. The error is a FreeMarker template error.

Pearson seems to think that the following error describing the entry is causing the issue.

in include "commonscripts.ftl" [on line 7, column 9 in psxdecorators/admin_template.ftl]

We cannot turn off customizations at this point. Our administrators do not want our parents and students to see incomplete (and still changing) schedules. I would really appreciate any information anyone could give me to help resolve this issue.
