Enhanced Parent Portal/Single Parent Sign-On

We are a Pearson Hosted School and I am weak in the Customization Category of Power School. Since the upgrade to 9.0.1 and Single Parent Sign On, if I have Customizations Activated in System Settings, my parents cannot add students nor control their Account Preferences. All tabs are at the top instead of on the left-hand side. Also there is no Discipline Log.

The Enhanced Parent Portal Customization was added a couple years ago. Do I need to do an update? Any suggestions and/or instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Our elementary schools do not want grades to go to parents via the parent portal. I can disallow the email icon for elementary students, but if a parent has a student at a secondary school and selects the option to get grade report emails for all students they get them for the elementary student as well.

I have tried everything I can think of to stop it - no luck so far.

What am I doing wrongs - on the parent portal page I have two logos - old and new! what do I do?
