How to add the Scheduling reports from the old CRB?

We would like to add the Scheduling reports from the old CRB but when I followed the directions it didn't work. I'm not clear on steps 1 and 2: "Find the first file you want to show in the tabs" and "Copy all of the code that makes up that file". I also tried to add the Course Request Letter in with the MISC reports but that didn't work either.
