How do I pull the data from the "extra class columns" for each student

I have my teachers input data into a specifically named "extra class column" in their gradebook and in the past have had them export this data and hand it in to their supervisors. I would love to have a template that the supervisors can use that would pull this data from all of the teachers at the same time. Any thoughts/suggestions/advice is greatly appreciated.
