How to put today's cycle_day label in the admin header

I would like to put the label of the day in the admin header. There was a conversation a few years earlier on Powersource from Sprik, Springel and Andle how to do that but I think it needs to be updated. We have one bell schedule with two rotating days. Does anyone have such a customization?

You can add the following to the admin_header_css wildcard right after [text:psx.common.term_title]" >~[text:psx.common.term]
~[termname]

________________________________________________

  Today is
~[eaodate;dayabbr]
