If/Then in Object Reports

I am trying to write an Honor Roll object report that contains a conditional comments.

If the student has a "High Honor Roll" gets CommentA or if he has "Honor Roll" gets CommentB.

I can get the commnet using ^(*honorroll method="BCA Honor Roll T1" term="T1" year="2012") and it works fine, what I can't get is the correct syntax to display the appropiate comment. I am using ^(*honorroll method="BCA Honor Roll T1" term="T1" year="2012";if.fieldvalue.High Honor Roll.then.CommantA.else.CommantB)

First of all I would like to know if this can be done and if so, the correct syntax.
