The Custom Report Bundle includes a handfull of reports for Incident Management. If you wish to customize these reports to fit your needs by all means. I will have to review the bundle to see if it includes all the reports I have created.

I'm supporting a district that is using the Custom Reports Bundle and Incident Management. When they are running the "Incident Management Summary - Count Breakout By Code" report, it is throwing out some really oddball numbers for one of the subcodes, and some of the others are a bit off.
Is there a problem with the report? I stripped down the SQL and am running it in SQL Developer against a test environment and it is counting fine, but I'm only at 5 of one of the specified subcodes. They currently have a count of 604 of this incident type (per the Incident Search report from the Custom Bundle) , and it's reporting 2264. The others are only off 1 or 2.
