Java warning on Parent Portal

We have the following alert on our parent portal page and it disappears when we turn customization off:

To sign in to PowerSchool, you must use a browser that supports and has JavaScript enabled.

It doesn't prevent logins but causes some confusion, especially when the issue is a forgotten password.

Also, we no longer have a page to retrieve forgotten passwords.
