Percent Grades Report-I Need A Decimal

The Custom Report "Percent Grade Report" returns whole number values in the Percent field. Our teachers are using 1 decimal in their gradebook preferences, but it is not reflected on this report. Is there a quick code change that can return the actual percent field with the decimal for this report?

Change the 1 to a 2 and the complete value in the Percent field appeared.
