Daily Attendance Tab Reply
Negative attendance values could be an indication that your Calendar Setup is missing required info.
Confirm that each in-session day in the Calendar has the Cycle Day, Bell Schedule, School In-Session and Membership Value entered correctly.
If you continue to have issues, you should contact Powerschool tech support.

PSCB Custom Report - Daily Absent/ADA Summary Totals
The complete school roster is not being populated when running the report mentioned. The total seems to be off by 10-20 students.

Daily Attendance Summary/Count don't match
The attendance summary and attendance count don't match. I've checked years & terms, school calendar set up and entry dates for students. Some students are correct others are not. I checked my attendance conversions FTEs.

Still getting the same
Still getting the same results. Example: I have a student with 11 AUN codes and only 8 of them are being counted in the "Daily Attendance Summary". All of them fall within the school year. All of them are recorded on our period set for daily attendance.

Anyone else having this issue
We just updated to 19.4.5 last night and our system is crashing. After disabling and enabling my plugin it appears this one is crashing our system. We are ok until we try to select a student record.

Daily absence Count
In our programs, students only attend one period per day in most cases. Perhaps our conversions aren't right, but I am not sure how to change them to make them work here. We have 8 periods and each period present counting as 1 Day Attendance Value.

You should contact PowerSchool support and have them review your Attendance Conversions setup.
If you are seeing negative counts, there is an error in one or more of your attendance setups.
