Push Out Parent Notifications (Grades)

I work at a middle school. Is it possible to apply a 'push out' of grades to parents through the 'parent notification' option? It looks like the only way we can get progress reports (student grades) out to parents is to print and mail. I would like to email out the student grades instead. The only other option for parents to see grades is to log into PS and set this notification up themselves. I want this to go to every family at one time. Can I do this? If so, how?

We use a program called SwiftK12. we love it. It allows you to not only send out report cards, but any other object report you would like to parents on both the portal and email. There's also a texting functionality which is great. Thanks!
