Report Help

Hello,

Our new head of school is requesting these two reports (not attaached - is there a way to send them?) are populated with data weekly, and while I am familiar with exporting data out, I do not know of an easy way to pull out all the data he is requesting. He came from a school that used Infinite Campus and apparently they had access to these two reports.

A little bit of background info on me - I was thrown into my position which encompasses way more than just PowerSchool, I have been to one PSU and was completely overwhelmed so I am not at all comfortable with customizing (knowing that PS support won't help if you have issues). Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated :)
