Report or form for Guardian Emails

Hello, I have class teachers (teacher in charge of each class, seniors, juniors), administration asking for email list of parents of students or I have to email things out. Is there a report/form that they would be able to get so I don't have to do it all the time? I would need something in gradebook too but think that that might not work. The Class teachers might not have all the kids in his/her class so maybe will not be able to see it in gradebook.
