Reportworks Immunization Report

I have created a Immunization Report in ReportWorks. I am using a crosstab to pull the immunization name and dose dates for each. The report only pull the immunization if there is a dose entered in the Health management immunization screen for that immunization. I want to report to pull ALL immunization even if there no doses entered. Is this possible using a filter somehow. If any one could help (even for a fee) I would greatly appreciate it. I need to get this working ASAP.
