Run SQL Reports for "Read-only" group

PS 7.7.1, Custom Reports Buldle v_3.4.4, sqlReports 4:
We have a school staff member who belongs to a "read-only" group in PowerSchool. We would like for her to have the ability to run custom SQL reports, but we don't want to change any of the other group privileges. Currently the Run SqlReport screen is greyed out, and there is no Submit button. Nothing is selected in the report's Run Access screen, so all groups should have privileges at that level. Is there a way to allow her to execute custom SQL reports and still be in a read-only group?
