Hi,
My school district is trying to find a solution to be able not to allow parents to see schedule for 2012-2013 with out turning of public access. I thought I saw in PowerSource that data solutions has a answer for this. Can anyone help me find an article that explains how to do this?

Parent Portal Settings
Laura
if you download and install the Enhanced Parent Portal you will be able to select what the parents can access.

Now if there was only a way
Now if there was only a way to stop the mobile apps from accessing the data you disable with the enhancement!

Re: Now if there was only a way
PS->School->Mobile Settings->Mobile Apps and then turn off the features you don't want shown.

Multiple children SSO - can see schedule requests for all
I wonder if I am the only person having this problem with the enhanced parent portal. I have a high schooler and a middle schooler connected to one SSO parent portal account.
1. High schooler has "view only" for Student Schedule Requests,
2. Middle schooler has "hide" for Student Schedule Requests.
I can see schedule requests for both students, but only if I click on the high schooler first.
Any ideas??
Thanks,

Any update on the Student Schedule Requests being "hidden" when "hide" is displayed on the Parent Portal Settings thus preventing parents/students from seeing the Student Schedule Requests? We would like to hide this from specific Elementary Schools so they do not see the information prior to the schedules being produced for their next school (Middle School).
Thank you,

Mobile Apps still showing schedule
has anyone figured this out - the mobile app is displaying the student schedules and schools are concerned with parents seeing homeroom assignments before the start of school - I have the button under school > mobile settings > disable mobile apps (public) but it does not do anything - any help would be greatly appreciated!
