Title drop down plugin

I would like a drop down for the Title area for New Staff Entry. It would help tremendously if we had something like the homeroom drop down. We pull staff data using this field and it would be great if we could pull 1st grade teacher and not have to pull teacher grade1, 1-teacher, etc. If we had a drop down that would identify each position in only one way it would be very productive and helpful.
