Variable Credits

I work in alt. education. When we do progress reports our students only see their grades. We need to show our students and their parents a grade with the earned credits for each class. This is an issue at our school. We have this awesome system (power schools) yet when we do progress reports we are giving our students a carbon copy that gets passed around to every teacher. This same issue arises when we post our final grades for the semester. Please help. I feel like I am inventing the wheel.
