WEEKLY attendance reports

If CA requires weekly attendance reports printed and signed, how are we to produce that if PS has no report and I'm not seeing one in PDS either? ...obviously I'm missing something! advise please? Thank you

"For online attendance accounting systems, approval is given to systems that provide for
