Update Existing Report- Student Matrix schedule

I added the four fields at the bottom of this paragraph into the report, but it doesn't print correctly.

This is how it shows up on the report.
Student Name through Year of graduation are original to the report. (For security, I deleted, the fields, but they populate correctly.
I need it to show the following correctly:
Locker Number:
Locker Combination:
Student ID:
Student Password

Student Name:
Homeroom:
Grade: 6
Year of Graduation: 0
