Security Tab Not Showing
Hi there. We are currently running PowerSchool v 9.2. I just installed the CRB Base v 4.2.1 and got the 'Custom Reports' tab to show. I then installed the 'Security Bundle v 4.1.2' but the Security Tab is NOT showing. We have never used CRB before. We also have SQLReports4 v 4.7.0 running. Any idea on how I can get the Security Tab to show? In fact, any other report bundles I try to install will not display.

Parent logins
The parent/student login count shows the attempts for parents from the access accounts but not from the parent accounts that are created at the bottom of that page for parents who have more than one student in school. How do I modify it to include that user?

Parent/Student login counts not working
Hi. When I run the report it works for the current day but not for other date ranges. Is anyone else seeing this issue? Also, does this report represent web and app logins, or just web logins?
After researching it a bit, it seems overly complicated to get at the data, having to convert "IP Address to Integer" and to examine the following from the logins table:
User Role UserType Value
Guardian 100
Student 110
There must be an easier way, or maybe someone has created a report that gets at student/parent login frequency for both web and app.
