Custom Reports Bundle Incidents

This plugin will add the incident reports to the custom reports bundle base. Note: the base plugin will need to be installed before you will see these reports automatically appear.

I recently upgraded to the new Custom Reports Bundle and installed and enabled the Incident Reports plugin. Most of the reports are working but Incident Search which is one of our favorites returns the result "No Data Available in table". Is this report working and is there something wrong in my setup?

The old "Incident Search" when you chose Action under code type would look at administered date when filling in the date range. It appears now it is only searching incident dates. Can this be modified? When you select action can it look at the action dates?

I have the base bundle installed. I installed this Incident Bundle. I make my selections and uncheck the pause box and get a message "searching for your results" that never completes?

Love all the reports but one is not working properly. Incidents Missing Matching Attendance does not work; the Attendance Missing Matching Incidents does work. Would really appreciate it if this one could get fixed...very important cross-check attendance validation report that we really appreciate having.

I can no longer print on any of my Custom Bundles 4.1.1 The buttons are not blacked out, just can't print or export anything. What do I need to do?

I just upgraded to the most current Custom Reports and I can't locate the "Pending Incidents" report that was only the older version.

Has it been replaced or eliminated?

Hello,

I'm having a problem with the Incident Management report called Incident Management Detailed Setup Validation. All buttons except the Show Columns button don't work. I have reinstalled the plug in, and confirmed my Flash is up to date. But they work in all other reports. Can someone help me with this?

The totals on this report include all participants. Has anyone updated the query through CPM to only include the offenders?
