Custom Reports Bundle Scheduling

Can't wait! We have buildings that miss these reports and would love to help test them for any early release.

Hi. We are in the beginning phases of the 2016-2017 scheduling process. We are specifically looking for teacher recommendation reports, which this bundle used to have. Any date for the scheduling reports release? Hope it is real soon!!!!!

In the Student Course Request report there appears to be a text box where we should format the layout for the appearance of the report?? is this correct?
Does anyone have an example of what should go in this box?

Hi All,

We just installed the new CRB for Future Scheduling. We are trying to print the Student Course Request Report. The address information isn't printing. All that appears in that area is what looks like a small vertical line or a |. We have tried Chrome, IE, and Firefox. Anyone having this happen and/or find a solution?

Seems to soft alphabetically no matter what we choose or which browser we select. Used this report in the past -- wondering if there is some cached value someplace we need to flush out.

LOVE this report but having some trouble. I can't seem to get the text or header info to print. Just student name and the box with the requests.

Will this work in PowerSchool version 10

I have Years & Terms setup in PowerSchool for 17-18 and the 17-18 Scenario, Course catalog and students setup in PowerScheduler. I can see the recommendations on the students Request Management page. The message below with a yellow bar and a triangle with an explanation point is all I get when I run it. Any suggestions as to why the report will not run?

Is anyone using the Scheduling Report Plugin with version 10? We are but are unable to get the report to work for semester 2. Only works for full year for us. Wondering what I am doing wrong.

I love the Student Course request Report, however I have one issue and I can't seem to find it on the CPM. There is a | being printed out right under the title Student Course Request Report and when I look at the code under CPM I can't find the |. I found this Student Course Request Report

But after that there is no |

If someone can look at the code and see if they can find it for me that would be great. It is taking up a row and making the course request report go on another page.

I have the schedule live tab but no Powerscheduler tab. Has anyone had this happen or know how to fix?

One question though...
I pasted a fairly long letter into the text area and although it fits in the box, it doesn't all print out.
Is there a way I make that area larger so it all prints out on the page. There is plenty of room at the bottom of the printout, so it should be able to accommodate the text.

For some reason, the Student Course Request Report has stopped functioning. It now just opens a blank tab and nothing happens. We upgraded to 10.0.4 and it is not working for any of our schools. I have tried various options (current selection, all students, different sort orders) and nothing works. Any suggestions?

When I run this report, the homeroom teacher is on the report, but when I print it, the teacher name is not there. Also, it is not sorting by homeroom when I choose that option. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help.

I also need the Homeroom number to print on this report.

I am pretty desperate to have this sort order working. We are running these reports today! Also, if the homeroom could print on the letter that would be awesome.

We are using Custom Bundle 4.2.1 and PS 10.1.3. I love your reports but I cannot get the Make Current Student Selection button at the bottom of the reports to load. On many of the reports I would like to make the group of students listed my selection so I could flip through them without opening the report in Excel. Is this a known issue?

Sorry, I was unclear. The "make current student selection" at the bottom of the custom bundle reports will not return a selection.

We have used Custom Reports Bundle for 2 years. It was installed as a plug in. I have deleted all old plug in versions and am now installing the new versions starting with the Custom Reports Base. I cannot see the Nurses, Scheduling nor Transportation section in the Custom Reports Tab. Any idea why I cannot see these?

Sorry, found the answer to my own question!

I installed and reinstalled CRB and all the components but the scheduling heading is not showing up. It shows up when I put it on Dynamic, I see the tab, but it only has 1 report. Any idea why this is happening. It only started after version 11 was installed.

I have loaded the bundle on to PS version 11.0.1. The schedule_future and Schedule_live tabs appear and the reports work perfectly. Once I navigate away from the Custom Report screen then return the scheduling tab reverts to report versions 3.4. I completely deleted that version when I installed 4.1.6 The 3.4 Reports won't work with the errror "The page you requested could not be found on this server." When I click the Rescan Reports button the new version appears.

Has anyone else experienced this issue.

Student Free Report - "Periods" are showing up in the drop down, but "Day in Rotation" only has "Any Day" and not listing my day cycles.

Any help is appreciated.

We have a 4 day rotation and the report is displaying periods as free even if they don't meet on a particular day. Any suggestions on how to filter the report so that if a period isn't scheduled to meet it doesn't show as free? Thank you.

Is there a way to customize the room conflict report to include the course name along with section number? We have some teachers that have office aides with them at the same time as the class, it would save some backtracking if the course name was visible on this screen as well.

We happily used the Course Recommendations report (on the schedule_future tab) successfully during the last school year. However, this year it seems to be coming up "empty" ("no data available in table" is the error message). There definitely ARE recommendations entered already, and an Access database that I also have set up to view recommendations is seeing them just fine, so I feel like nothing really has changed about how that is structured.

Is there a setting we could have forgotten to change, or something else that could be interfering with this?

We have version 4.1.6 of Custom Reports Bundle - Schedule installed and are running version 12.0.4 of PowerSchool.
